Group Orders

One order round. One shipment. Local handoff.

Teams, programs, makerspaces, and student project groups submit their parts lists, JAS places a single consolidated order, and everyone picks up locally — with cross-border shipping, customs, and brokerage handled once instead of thirty times.

The point

Why join a group order

Group orders are about logistics, not discounts — we don’t make pricing promises. What they save is hassle and time.

One consolidated shipment

Customs, brokerage, and cross-border paperwork handled once, by JAS, for the whole round.

Local handoff, on the calendar

Pickup timed to the Ontario competition season — parts arrive when the build needs them.

Purchasing support for programs

Schools, camps, clubs, makerspaces, and project groups get a clear quote path without managing multiple vendor carts and shipments.

Cross-vendor consolidation

Multiple suppliers, one coordinated order round — instead of juggling separate carts and shipments.

Mentor time back

Coach the team; let someone else track packages, exchange rates, and border paperwork.

Everybot BOMs welcome

Send the official FRC or FTC Everybot BOM for your season — we’ll review what can be sourced, what needs a Canadian or local equivalent, and what fits the next round.

The process

How a round works

  1. Submit your list

Teams, programs, and project groups send in their parts lists for the round’s vendor(s).

  2. We confirm the real cost

JAS checks availability and confirms the final landed cost with each participant before anything is ordered.

  3. One consolidated order

After participants confirm, JAS places a single consolidated order, receives it, and sorts it by participant.

  4. Local handoff & settlement

Pick up locally by arrangement. Each participant pays their share by e-transfer or invoice after confirmation — never through this website.

Group order terms

  • All amounts are estimates until final landed cost is confirmed. Final cost may include exchange rate, shipping, customs, duties, brokerage, HST, and handling.
  • Consolidated orders are placed only after participant confirmation. Cancellations may not be possible after the consolidated order is submitted.
  • Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, remains subject to the original vendor's policies.
  • JAS Robotics is not responsible for vendor delays, discontinued parts, customs delays, or competition-rule changes.
  • Payment is by e-transfer or invoice after confirmation. No payment is collected through this website for group orders.

These terms also appear on our Policies page.
