When you use our contact form, we collect only what you choose to send: request type, name, email, organization / school / team, city, team number, age or grade level, timeline, budget range, the details of what you need, and your preferred contact method.

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and coordinate group-order requests. Submissions are handled through a third-party form and spreadsheet service and by email. We do not sell personal information submitted through this site.

The website does not accept file uploads. If you have a BOM or parts list, mention it in your request and we’ll arrange the easiest way to exchange the file after first contact.

Shipping & pickup

No online shipping orders are accepted through this website at this time. For quotes and group orders, shipping and pickup options — including whether shipping is available to your location — are confirmed in writing before an order is finalized. Any shipping we offer is domestic, within Canada.

Local pickup: Available by arrangement after inquiry.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

No direct online purchases currently occur through this website. Return, refund, and cancellation terms for future direct purchases will be shown before purchase, once online ordering opens.

Used and surplus parts are available as-is unless otherwise stated.

Brand-name parts and group orders are quote- and request-based. No public brand-name prices or checkout links currently appear on this site.

When online ordering opens, itemized pricing — including applicable taxes, shipping, and any customs or brokerage charges — is shown before purchase.

Prices subject to availability and applicable taxes and shipping. School and team bulk quotes available by request.

Group order terms

All amounts are estimates until final landed cost is confirmed. Final cost may include exchange rate, shipping, customs, duties, brokerage, HST, and handling.
Consolidated orders are placed only after participant confirmation. Cancellations may not be possible after the consolidated order is submitted.
Manufacturer warranty, where applicable, remains subject to the original vendor's policies.
JAS Robotics is not responsible for vendor delays, discontinued parts, customs delays, or competition-rule changes.
Payment is by e-transfer or invoice after confirmation. No payment is collected through this website for group orders.
